Oregon LGBTQ+ Older Adult Survey

Are you a LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, Two Spirit, non-binary, or sexual or gender diverse) adult and 55 years of age or older living in Oregon?

We need your help with a ground-breaking project, the Oregon LGBTQ+ Older Adult Survey, funded by the Oregon Department of Human Services Office of Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) and partnering with agencies and organizations serving LGBTQ+ and Two Spirit Oregonians. Our goal is to gather information to enhance planning, program development, and community education and advocacy to address the service, aging and health needs that support the strengths of LGBTQ+ and Two Spirit older adults in Oregon.

By completing a participation form you will be eligible for a drawing awarding a $100.00 Gift Certificate to five randomly selected individuals. Please keep in mind your participation in the project is completely voluntary.
